Southern Grace Hospice serves terminally ill adults, children, and families in Metro Atlanta and its surrounding 18 counties. Founded by a group of healthcare professionals with a passion for changing and improving end of life care in our community, our guiding principle is to “Bear ye one another’s burdens and so fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2)

Our team members do not view the care we provide as work, but rather a ministry in which we can serve and better the lives of those around us. At Southern Grace, we don’t focus on death and dying, but rather on life and living.
